Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Prior experience in sales or telecalling preferred (jewelry field is an advantage).
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
No sales target - comfortable -based role.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products, offers, and prices clearly to customers.
Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Update daily sales reports and maintain customer data.
