Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions or products. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience and feedback. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-5 years of experience in sales (B2B / B2C / ). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Preferred:



Experience in [specific industry: FMCG / IT / Real Estate / Software / Manufacturing, etc.]. Existing client network or market knowledge in the region.

Pay: ₹9,617.78 - ₹20,000.00 per month
