Kuhl Teen (Cool Teen) is a teen-specific personal care brand created exclusively for the unique hygiene and grooming needs of teenagers. Our products are teen-safe, dermatologically balanced, and mom-approved. We are rapidly expanding our retail presence and are looking for dynamic sales professionals to grow with us in Kochi.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated Female Sales Executive to promote and sell Kuhl Teen products across salons, cosmetic stores, supermarkets, and hypermarkets in Kochi. This is a field-based, target-driven role involving regular client visits, relationship building, and consistent sales generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit salons, cosmetic retailers, supermarkets, and hypermarkets to promote and sell Kuhl Teen products Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to store staff and owners Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain daily visit reports and sales tracking Collect orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely delivery Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer responses Ensure proper product placement, branding, and visibility at partner outlets Participate in product launches, promotional events, and training programs
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply) Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to influence customers and build strong relationships Willingness to travel extensively for field visits Target-driven, self-motivated attitude Basic knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is an added advantage Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license .
