Job Summary
Macadamia Creatives is seeking a dynamic and confident Female Sales Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting our digital marketing services, and closing sales. She should have excellent communication skills, a passion for the digital industry, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and manage new sales opportunities.
Meet potential clients to present digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, SEM, Website Development, Branding, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative and technical teams.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, prospects, and conversions.
Represent the agency at meetings, events, and client visits.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends to provide accurate service information to clients.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing or creative industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
Valid driving license (if required by your company).
Preferred Skills
Multilingual: English (required), Arabic (added advantage).
