Handling Sales related calls from Direct Clients and Brokers

Site visit with Client as per requirement

:

Present floor plan to Direct Client and give them brief of floor

Taking Clients feedback on floor visit

Sharing inventories with broker as per MD's instruction

Follow and coordination with clients

Time to time visit to inspect the finished floors cleanliness

Coordination in floor handover formalities

Attend post sales service call and get work coordinated as per flowchart

Requirements:

Should be a MBA graduate in Sales

Must have 5 years experience in Residential/Commercial Sales

Should be able to read the floor plan

Candidate with good interpersonal skills and communication required

Proven track record in sales and client management

Must be comfortable with South Delhi location

No sale targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
