Job Description

1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or correspondence role

Key Responsibilities:



Handle all sales-related correspondence via email, phone, and letters Prepare and send quotations, proposals, invoices, and order confirmations Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, payments, and deliveries Maintain and update customer records and sales databases Coordinate with sales, accounts, and service teams for order execution Track sales orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch Prepare sales reports, MIS, and documentation as required Assist in tender documentation and contract correspondence Ensure professional and timely communication with customers

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Commerce, Business, or related field 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or correspondence role Good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:



Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation Customer-oriented attitude

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
