Sales

Coordinator will

serve

as a

key

contact

between the

sales

team

distributors

internal

departments

ensure

that

sales

activities

smoothly

.

and

distributor

relationships

Key

Responsibilities

:

Coordinate

daily

sales

tasks

with Area

Sales

Managers and

distributors

to

meet

sales

goals

.

- Track

distributor

performance

,

stock

levels

,

secondary

sales

, and

ensure

timely

order

placements

.

-

Create

and

organize

MIS

reports

,

sales

data

, and

performance

dashboards

for

management

to

review

.

-

Help

plan

and

carry

out

sales

promotions

,

trade

schemes

, and

marketing

activities

.

-

Resolve

distributor

issues

related

to

billing

,

claims

, or

supply

chain

problems

quickly

.

-

Keep

accurate

records

of

orders

,

invoices

, and

payments

while

working

with the

accounts

and

logistics

teams

.

-

Support

field

teams

by

monitoring

sales

results

,

pending

payments

, and

market

coverage

.

-

Ensure

clear

communication

between the

company

,

distributors

, and

retailers

.

Desired

Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Commerce, Business, or

Marketing

.

- 1-2

years

of

experience

in

sales

coordination

,

preferably

within FMCG or

confectionery

.

- Familiarity with

distributor

management

,

sales

reporting

, and

tools

like MS Excel or Tally.

Good

interpersonal

skills

,

strong

attention

to

detail

, and a

proactive

follow

-up

approach

.

Ability

to

handle

multiple

tasks

,

work

under

pressure

, and

support

sales

operations

efficiently
