Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, requiring 0 to 1 year of work experience. The sales Coordinator will support sales activities, manage order processing, and maintain effective communication with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in managing schedules, creating and reviewing sales orders. Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and clients. Coordinate and manage customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery. Maintain accurate sales records and manage customer data in CRM systems. Analyze sales data to track and report on sales performance and identify trends. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective problem resolution. Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-ups.
Looking for mainly to call in South and female telecaller who have experience in sales.
