Key Responsibilities:
? Campaign Support:
o Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns, emailers, newsletters, and social media activities.
o Maintain campaign calendars and assist in tracking deliverables and deadlines.
? Database & CRM Management:
o Update and manage CRM systems and marketing databases.
o Ensure leads, customer information, and campaign responses are accurately recorded and categorized.
o Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze campaign performance and lead conversion. ? Coordination & Communication:
o Act as a point of contact between marketing, sales, and other departments.
o Assist in communication with external agencies, vendors, and clients when required.
o Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain records of marketing correspondence.
? Reporting & Documentation: o Prepare MIS reports, marketing expenditure sheets, and performance summaries. o Maintain accurate records of proposals, marketing collateral, and invoices.
o Support data collation for presentations and management reviews.
? Content & Creative Support: o Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure timely delivery of creatives, brochures, and communication material.
o Assist in proofreading and formatting marketing materials before release. Required Skills & Competencies:
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
? Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage.
? Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
? Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
? 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordination, backend, or operations support role.
? Experience in digital marketing support or campaign tracking will be an added advantage.
