We are a growing video production and digital marketing agency looking for a

female Sales Coordinator

to support our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have prior experience in handling client coordination and follow-ups.

This role involves coordinating with prospects, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining consistent communication with potential clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, or LinkedIn. Schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication. Update lead records using MS Office or CRM software. Ensure timely coordination and smooth flow of communication. Understand the basics of digital marketing and align with company goals.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years in sales coordination, telecalling, or customer service.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp Web. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English preferred). Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Dedicated, soft-spoken, and well-organized. Experience in

digital marketing, advertising, or media industry

will be an added advantage.
