We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a

dynamic, articulate, and confident Female Sales Associate

to drive B2B sales of our smart monitoring solutions to manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and convert potential B2B clients in industrial and manufacturing sectors. Present and promote our smart monitoring solutions (flow, power, pressure, dew point sensors & analytics). Conduct product demos, client meetings, and follow-ups with excellent communication and confidence. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth project execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a structured and strategic approach. Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM entries, and customer documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Female candidate

with

1-4 years B2B sales experience

(industrial / technical sales preferred).

Excellent fluency in English

- spoken, written, and presentation skills. Strong confidence, grooming, and professional communication. Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to clients. Willingness to travel for client visits within Tamil Nadu (as required). Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
