Female Jewellery Sales Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for jewellery and fashion, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items.
Provide detailed information about products, materials, and pricing.
Handle sales transactions and process payments accurately.
Maintain visual merchandising and ensure displays are attractive and organized.
Keep track of inventory and assist with stock management.
Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and product knowledge.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and repairs professionally.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Previous experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail sales is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required.
