As a Sales & Admin Executive at AluKitchen, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom or enquiring through phone/WhatsApp. You will handle sales assistance, basic admin tasks, customer follow-up, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your role will directly support the showroom's performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Handling:

Attend walk-in customers and explain AluKitchen product features and benefits Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the right kitchen solutions

Sales Coordination:

Support the sales team by preparing quotations Follow up with interested leads Maintain customer details and sales records

Admin & Documentation:

Maintain daily inventory and basic documentation Coordinate with the design and installation team for order status Assist in billing, filing, and maintaining showroom reports

Showroom Management:

Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and ambience Ensure samples and demo units are neat and presentable

Communication & Support:

Coordinate with the core Aarco Designers office when required Provide updates to management on daily activities

Qualifications:

Women candidates only Minimum +2 or any degree Good communication and customer-friendly attitude Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email) Freshers can apply; training will be provided Organized, presentable, and responsible
