Position Overview



We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused

Female Sales Executive

to join our on-site sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, explaining project details, building relationships, and ensuring smooth post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction



Greet and attend to walk-in customers at the project site. Understand customer needs and guide them with suitable property options. Build strong rapport and maintain professional communication.

Project Presentation



Explain the project features, USPs, floor plans, pricing, and legal documentation. Conduct site tours and help prospects visualize their future home/investment.

Sales Conversion



Handle negotiations, payment plan discussions, and closure of deals. Coordinate with the sales manager and CRM team to achieve monthly targets.

Post-Sales Support



Assist in documentation and follow-ups post-booking. Act as a point of contact for the customer until handover. Liaise with back-office for updates, queries, and customer communication.

Desired Candidate Profile



Gender

: Female candidates only (as per team balance requirements).

Experience

: 2-5 years in real estate sales or customer service.

Qualification

: Any graduate; MBA in Marketing is a plus.

Skills

: Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and local language preferred). Confident and presentable personality. Ability to build trust with clients and deliver results under deadlines. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
