Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of your daily sales and performance targets and use all store tools to meet or exceed them.
Deliver a premium customer experience by following PUMA's service standards.
Act as a true Brand Ambassador by embodying PUMA's attitude, values, and energy on the floor.
Share product knowledge confidently during customer interactions -- clearly communicating features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Keep up with seasonal collections and apply this knowledge in every customer conversation.
Ensure accurate and fast billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Support in receiving stock, organising inventory, and replenishing the shop floor.
Maintain visual standards and in-store communication displays as per brand guidelines.
Assist in minimising shrinkage by following operational and security protocols.
Collaborate with fellow team members to keep the store running smoothly.
Participate in all assigned training programs and apply your learnings to improve customer engagement and sales skills.
Be proactive in seeking feedback and learning opportunities to grow in your role.
Gross salary:
Rs. 18,942 per month (
Take-Home
approx. Rs. 17,000 after statutory deductions.)
