Key Responsibilities:
? Handle inbound calls from existing and potential franchise partners regarding inquiries, support, or complaints.
? Make outbound calls to follow up on pending issues, share updates, or provide necessary information to franchise partners.
? Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
? Accurately record call details, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
? Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to resolve franchise concerns efficiently.
? Share product/service information, company updates, or promotional details with franchise partners when required.
Requirements:

Educational Qualification: B.Com is mandatory
? Excellent verbal communication skills in
English
? Prior experience in
customer service, telecalling, or a similar role
preferred
? Ability to handle calls politely and professionally under pressure
