Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from existing and potential franchise partners regarding inquiries, support, or complaints.
Make outbound calls to follow up on pending issues, share updates, or provide necessary information to franchise partners.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Accurately record call details, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to resolve franchise concerns efficiently.
Share product/service information, company updates, or promotional details with franchise partners when required.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: B.Com is mandatory
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English
Prior experience in
customer service, telecalling, or a similar role
preferred
Ability to handle calls politely and professionally under pressure
