We are seeking a warm and welcoming receptionist to join our team at COMPLETE SMILES DENTAL. As the initial point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and hospitable environment. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet patients in a courteous and professional manner Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Schedule appointments and manage calendars Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping Provide necessary information to patients and employees

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role is preferred Must be able to communicate in TELUGU, HINDI, ENGLISH. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Capability to work both independently and collaboratively Attention to detail and accuracy High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is advantageous
