About the Role:

URO VENEER WORLD is looking for a

confident, courteous, and presentable Female Receptionist

to be the first point of contact for our walk-in customers at our retail store. This is a front-facing, dynamic role that demands strong interpersonal skills, language fluency, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer queries and guide them to the appropriate sales executive based on their specific requirements. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times. Handle incoming calls, record messages, and direct inquiries as necessary. Support daily administrative operations including document handling, data entry, and coordination tasks. Assist with basic record keeping using MS Word and Excel.

Candidate Profile:

Female candidates only. Must be fluent in

Kannada, English, and Hindi

. Presentable, well-mannered, and customer-centric. Basic computer knowledge is essential - particularly in

MS Word and Excel

. Prior experience in front office/receptionist roles will be preferred. Must possess good communication and coordination skills.
