Job Summary:

We are looking for a polite, confident, and well-groomed

Female Receptionist

to manage our front desk and assist in daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer phone calls and forward them to the concerned department Maintain appointment schedules and visitor records Handle emails, courier services, and other office correspondence Keep the reception area neat and organized Provide general administrative and clerical support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred) Good communication skills in English and Hindi Presentable and well-mannered personality Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.) Responsible, punctual, and organized

Experience:

0-2 years (Freshers are also welcome)

Salary:

?5,000 - ?8,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday,

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
