Female Receptionist
to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, handling calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
Maintain visitor records and ensure proper coordination with internal teams.
Handle front desk duties including appointments, scheduling, and meeting room arrangements.
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Coordinate with HR, sales, and operations teams for daily office requirements.
Support in office communications and daily administrative operations.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
