Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors, manage the reception area, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Administrative Tasks



Customer Service: Assist with students inquiries and redirect to concerned departments.

Basic Bookkeeping including ledger management, and financial reporting.

Financial Records: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other accounting records.
Skills Required:

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Multitasking.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Office Software: Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to Detail: Accuracy and meticulousness in handling financial records and administrative tasks.
