We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can handle both property sourcing and deal closures. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new sourcing channels, maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients, and ensuring successful closure of sales transactions in line with company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sources for property leads (brokers, agents, channel partners, references, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong broker/agent network for continuous supply of clients.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Generate qualified leads for residential/commercial properties.
Maintain proper database of broker/client contacts and sourcing activities.
2. Closing Responsibilities
Conduct client meetings, project site visits, and explain property features and benefits.
Coordinate with clients, brokers, to finalize deals.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and developer projects.
Target-driven and self-motivated with problem-solving attitude.
