Key Roles :
Female Real Estate Legal Coordination
Coordinate day-to-day property operations, maintenance activities, and inspections
Act as the point of contact for tenants, landlords, vendors, and internal teams
Track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate property handovers, move-ins, and move-outs
Legal & Compliance Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage lease agreements, addendums, renewals, and termination notices
Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, tenancy regulations, and statutory requirements
Maintain legal documentation including title deeds, agreements, NOCs, licenses, and permits
Coordinate with external legal counsel on disputes, litigation, or legal notices
Track contract validity, renewals, and legal deadlines
Documentation & Records
Maintain accurate property, lease, and legal records (physical and digital)
Prepare legal summaries, compliance reports, and property status updates
Support audits by ensuring availability of legal and property documentation
Risk & Dispute Management
Identify legal risks related to property operations and escalate proactively
Assist in resolving tenant disputes, lease violations, and compliance issues
Handle notices related to eviction, breach of contract, or property disputes (under supervision)
Administrative Support
Support property managers and leadership with legal insights and operational coordination
Liaise with government authorities, registration offices, and regulatory bodies when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
2-3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or legal coordination
Strong understanding of property laws, lease structures, and compliance requirements
Excellent drafting, documentation, and negotiation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office and property/legal management systems
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate, commercial leasing, or facilities management
Knowledge of local land, tenancy, and regulatory laws
Experience coordinating with government or legal authorities
Working Conditions
Combination of office-based work and site visits
May require coordination outside regular business hours for legal or operational matters
