Job Description

A Female quality manager in sales ensures products or services consistently meet customer and internal quality standards ,This role is vital for maintaining product consistency, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities .

Design, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and processes to ensure product consistency and reliability.

Monitor key quality metrics and statistical data to identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

Work closely with sales, product development, engineering, and other teams to integrate quality into the product lifecycle and resolve issues.

Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues.

Lead, train, and develop the quality control and assurance team to enhance their skills and performance.

Essential Skills

To analyze data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement effective solutions.

To clearly communicate complex information to different teams and stakeholders, and influence teams to follow standards.

A strong understanding of the product, manufacturing processes, and quality management methodologies.

To effectively lead and motivate a team to achieve quality goals.

To make informed decisions that balance quality with cost-efficiency and production timelines.
