Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders for timely delivery of products.
Place purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
Update and maintain records in the ERP system.
Track shipments and manage logistics follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation for all procurement activities.
Support the team in procurement-related tasks across all product lines.
Requirements:
1-2 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain coordination.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or any related field
Good knowledge of ERP systems.
Detail-oriented and organized.
