As the headmistress, extending utmost importance to maintaining infrastructure and inventory within the educational institute is expected. Infrastructure refers to physical facilities, such as buildings, classrooms, libraries, laboratories, and playgrounds that form the backbone of our school
Parent Counselling & Outreach
Maintain positive relationships with influential parents and the community, including government officials and educational organizations.
Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on school activities, events, and accomplishments.
Staff Development and Evaluation:
Provide opportunities for professional development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the teaching and administrative staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support staff growth.
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, encouraging staff to share best practices and innovative teaching strategies.
