Key Responsibilities ?Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers (leads) generated through various marketing activities, databases, or public directories to explain property offerings and services. ?Customer Interaction: Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, providing information about properties, projects, and the real estate market. ?Qualification: Screen and qualify leads by asking relevant questions to assess their interest level, budget, requirements, and readiness to purchase or invest. ?Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, or property presentations for the Sales Team with qualified prospects. ?Database Management: Accurately record, update, and maintain lead and customer information, call logs, and progress status in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. ?Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads, maintain engagement, and track their decision-making process. ?Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports, progress reports, and analysis of call outcomes to the Sales Manager. ?Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set. ?Product Knowledge: Continuously learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company properties, projects, pricing, current market trends, and competitor offerings.
