Job Description

Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to understand their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Treatment Execution

Provide individualized physiotherapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities as directed by senior physiotherapists. Assist in implementing treatment protocols and ensuring patient compliance.

Patient Education

Educate patients and their families on exercises, posture, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care to promote better long-term health outcomes.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, noting treatment progress and adjustments. Prepare reports and update senior therapists on patients' progress and challenges.

Collaboration

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including senior physiotherapists, physicians, and administrative staff, to ensure quality care. Assist in coordinating patient flow and clinic activities.

Continuous Learning

Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices.

Clinic Maintenance

Ensure treatment areas are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary equipment. Adhere to clinic policies, including health and safety guidelines, and help maintain a positive environment for patients and colleagues.
