Provide high-level administrative support to the Director.
Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on various matters.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Support project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
Perform additional administrative duties as required by the Director.
