We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Secretary to assist the Founder/Director in managing day-to-day tasks, scheduling, coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling both professional and personal work with confidentiality. --- Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently and professionally. Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence as required. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners on behalf of management. Maintain records, files, and important documents in an organized manner. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Track project deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks. Provide administrative and operational support for meetings, events, and company activities. Occasionally assist in personal tasks, travel bookings, and other duties as assigned by management. --- Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline). Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi - written and verbal). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Discretion, loyalty, and a professional attitude. Ability to handle pressure and prioritize work effectively.
