Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport)
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Manage personal and professional tasks as assigned
Maintain records, files, and confidential information
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal staff
Assist in event planning and special project
