Role Overview
We are looking for a

Key Responsibilities
Founder Assistance & Company Management
Provide day-to-day assistance to the Founder
Travel with the Founder alone for more than weeks or months when required
Support in managing all company-wide activities and decisions
Spend personal time with the boss as and when required
HR & Admin Operations
End-to-end hiring & onboarding (online and offline)
Employee engagement, attendance, and discipline management
Maintain company policies and internal documentation
Financial Record Management
Maintain all financial transaction records
Assist in coordinating with accountants for GST, TDS, and compliance-related tasks
Operations & Office Setup
Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and supply chain (for eCommerce)
Lead hybrid-mode team formation and virtual office operations
Help transition operations from Kolkata to Noida
Client Communication & Representation
Handle inbound and outbound client communications
Represent the company in meetings, calls, and virtual demos
Support in lead handling and pitching (especially in the digital and candle business verticals)
Technical & Skill Requirements
Excellent verbal & written English communication
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
WooCommerce / eCommerce platform experience is a must
Basic working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Blackbox, prompt generation, etc.
Understanding of client onboarding, sales funnel
Awareness of MCA21 portal, GST filings, and EXIM processes
