About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic

PE Teacher

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sports and fitness, capable of training students for competitive events, and experienced in handling PE curriculum for

Grades 8-12

as per CBSE norms.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver the Physical Education curriculum as per CBSE standards. Conduct PE classes, physical fitness sessions, and sports training. Prepare lesson plans, skill-based activities, and yearly plans. Groom students for inter-house, inter-school, and state-level competitions. Organize and supervise Sports Day, tournaments, and school events. Maintain sports equipment, playground safety, and activity discipline. Record student performance and prepare assessment reports. Ensure overall health, safety, and well-being of students during sports activities.

Qualifications & Skills

B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed

degree (mandatory). 2-5 years of experience in a CBSE school (preferred). Coaching experience in at least one major sport (athletics, football, basketball, cricket, badminton, volleyball, etc.). Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students. Knowledge of event management for sports activities.
