Promote and sell diagnostic & pathology lab services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert them into business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners.
Conduct field visits to increase awareness about lab services and testing packages.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and medical camps.
Collect client feedback and market intelligence to improve services.
Ensure timely coordination with the laboratory team for smooth client servicing.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of healthcare, pathology, or diagnostic services (preferred).
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum
Graduate
(Science / Pharma / Biotechnology / BBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in pathology/diagnostic/pharma sales (Freshers with good communication may be considered).
Must be comfortable with field work and client visits.
