Immediate Opening: Female Partner for Rental Division - Bangalore

We are now looking for a Female Partner to lead our Rentals Vertical in Bangalore.

This is a pure 50:50 profit-sharing partnership (no fixed salary), ideal for a motivated and people-oriented professional who thrives in the field and takes ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle rental client inquiries independently from start to closure Schedule and conduct property inspections with tenants and owners Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants Take full ownership of rental transactions and deal closures Ensure timely follow-ups and client servicing

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Fluent in Kannada and English (mandatory) Native of Bangalore strongly preferred Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in dealing with people Prior experience in rentals preferred but not essential Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within Bangalore Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
