Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, pantry, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required
Handle filing, photocopying, and document delivery within departments
Assist in handling office stationery, inventory, and courier dispatch/receipt
Help administrative staff in day-to-day office tasks
Ensure proper opening and closing of office doors, lights, and other utilities
Maintain confidentiality and follow office protocols strictly
Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Gender: Female candidates only
Qualification: Minimum 10th pass (preferred)
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply)
Skills:
Basic understanding of office etiquette
Polite and cooperative attitude
Punctual and well-groomed
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Working Hours:
Timing- 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Saturday - 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
