We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth office functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs. The Office Worker will play a vital role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while supporting various administrative duties.

Responsibilities



Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing support and information as needed Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure operational efficiency Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software Support administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and organizing files Provide general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents Contribute to a positive office environment through effective communication and organizational skills

Requirements



Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading documents Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients or staff Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
