Digi Epitome, a leading company in business development and lead generation, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate between internal teams, and support lead management activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office workflow while effectively handling administrative and business support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations. Coordinate between management, business development teams, and other departments. Handle and deal with leads, including lead tracking, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales/business development team. Maintain records of leads, clients, office documentation, and reports. Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for business development activities. Support lead generation processes by maintaining CRM data and updating lead status. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents. Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement of required materials. Support HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and onboarding documentation. Assist in billing, invoicing, and coordination with the accounts/finance team. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and office standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or operations. Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of office management processes and workflow coordination. Proficency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
