Job Description

Key Responsibilities of an Office Coordinator:

Administrative Support:

Assisting staff with various administrative tasks, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and filing.

Office Management:

Organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a functional and efficient workspace.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, coordinating communications and events, according to LinkedIn [7, 14] and Randstad UK [10].

Communication:

Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence, acting as a central point of contact for visitors and staff.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff, ensuring a positive and professional office environment.

Financial Tasks:

Managing office expenses, invoices, and vendor relations

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of office operations, including files, documents, and financial records.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
