Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally
Record inquiries from walk-ins and incoming leads with accuracy
Maintain front desk operations and a neat reception area
Perform basic administrative tasks and office coordination
Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication
Candidate Profile
Female candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable interacting with clients and handling documentation professionally
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Prior experience in front desk or office assistant roles is a plus
