Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, confident, and well-spoken female candidate to take charge of Office Management and Business Communication support for our Medical Tourism business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating internal operations while serving as a vital link between our company, healthcare professionals, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently and professionally. Communicate with doctors, surgeons, and key hospital personnel to present business offers and services. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and client servicing. Assist patients in understanding treatment options and facilitate their medical journeys. Provide ongoing support to patients to ensure a smooth experience and quicker recovery. Maintain organized records and manage correspondence related to business communications.
