Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Handle document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and printing
Support HR or Admin teams with clerical tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common office areas
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
