*Requisites for the Office Assistant Post:* We have a three-star hotel located in Bangalore, the operations of which are controlled from the Kolkata office. The requisites we are looking for are: 1. *Must* be fluent in English 2. Must be fluent in Bengali (speaking and Writing) 3. Must know how to speak Hindi (speaking) 3. Should have good retention power 4. Must have profound knowledge in computers (MS Word & Excel) Job Role: 1. Corporate searching & Email marketing 2. Take daily updates of our hotel operations 3. Search relevant vendors for our hotel (whenever required) 4. Search relevant candidates for our hotel (whenever required) 5. Communicate with all the staff at our hotel regularly 6. Visit Bangalore once in two or three months with our female staff for inspection. 7. Assist senior during bank visit or any such cases.
