Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
Handle documentation work, filing, and maintaining records accurately.
Prepare, update, and manage Excel sheets (Excel knowledge is mandatory).
Draft, send, and manage professional emails (mailing etiquette required).
Coordinate with internal teams and assist in communication flow.
Support in organizing meetings, schedules, and office-related tasks.
Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
Perform general office maintenance duties as required.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills, especially
proficiency in English
(written and verbal).
Strong computer knowledge and familiarity with office tools.
Mandatory knowledge of MS Excel
(basic formulas, data entry, formatting).
Ability to manage emails professionally.

Educational qualification: MBA Preferable.
