Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate

Female Nursing Staff

member to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors, and ensure smooth nursing operations in OPD, IPD, and OT areas.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and wound dressing Assist doctors during OPD rounds, ward rounds, and minor procedures Maintain nursing records, treatment charts, and patient documentation Pre-operative and post-operative patient care Assist in OT preparation and post-OT recovery care (if assigned) Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety protocols Educate patients and attendants regarding care, medication, and follow-up Coordinate with doctors, lab, pharmacy, and other departments Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and supplies

Eligibility & Qualifications

GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing

Valid Nursing Council Registration Experience:

Fresher or experienced

(hospital experience preferred) Good communication skills Compassionate, disciplined, and team-oriented
