Assist and perform Pap Smear tests as per medical protocols
Support Mammography screening procedures under medical guidance
Prepare patients for screening and explain procedures clearly
Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and dignity during screening
Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and infection control standards
Assist doctors and medical teams during camps
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of patient details
Coordinate with Camp Coordinator and GCF central medical team
Requirements:
Female candidate only (due to nature of screening procedures)
Qualification: GNM / BSc Nursing / ANM
Experience in Pap Smear / Mammography / Women's health screening preferred
Willingness to travel within 50 km radius of Pune
Ability to work in field and camp-based environments
Compassionate and patient-friendly approach
Marathi local language knowledge is mandatory for easy patient communication
