About the Role:

We are seeking a

female mental health consultant

who is fluent in English, confident in communication, and passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate will combine

empathy and counseling skills

with a strong ability to

guide clients through mental wellness programs

and

convert leads into active clients

through effective consultations and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

mental health consultations

(online or offline) with empathy and professionalism. Explain our

mental wellness programs

, therapy plans, or workshops to clients. Build and maintain

trust-based relationships

with clients and prospects. Handle

inbound and outbound client inquiries

and follow up to ensure conversions. Achieve monthly

enrollment/sales targets

for mental health or wellness plans. Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, and the marketing team to improve outreach. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems. Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on mental health trends and sales practices.

Requirements:

Female candidate, age 21-40 preferred. Bachelor's degree in

Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

(preferred).

Fluent in spoken and written English

; strong communication and persuasion skills. Prior experience in

counseling, mental health services, or wellness sales

is an advantage. Empathetic, patient, and confident in client interactions. Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics. Good computer literacy (Zoom, CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
