Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Female Tele Sales Executive to join our medical/healthcare sales team. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls to promote pharmacy products, assist patients/customers with medicine orders, explain product details, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote medicines, healthcare products, and services. Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and assist customers in placing orders for medicines and prescriptions. Explain product details, offers, and usage instructions in a clear and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM/software. Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with pharmacy, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of medicines. Follow compliance guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient/customer data.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred. Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (Science/Pharmacy background preferred). Prior experience in tele-sales, customer care, or pharma sales is an added advantage. Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages. Ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems.
