Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic

female Mathematics Teacher

to handle Primary Grades (1-5) and Middle School Grades (6-8) across

CBSE and CIE

boards. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual clarity, effective communication skills, and the ability to create engaging, activity-based learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:Primary Grades (1-5) - CBSE & CIE

Deliver foundational mathematics lessons using interactive and child-friendly teaching methodologies. Create worksheets, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments suitable for primary learners. Build numeracy skills, logical reasoning, and mental math proficiency. Use manipulatives, teaching aids, and digital platforms to support learning. Track individual student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Middle School Grades (6-8) - CBSE & CIE

Teach topics including algebra, geometry, integers, ratios, mensuration, and other curriculum components. Prepare structured lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and periodic assessments. Promote concept clarity through examples, activities, and application-based problems. Conduct remedial sessions or extended learning classes when required. Guide students through periodic, term-end, and Cambridge assessments.

General Responsibilities

Maintain positive classroom discipline and create a motivating learning environment. Use diverse teaching strategies--projects, discussions, demonstrations, and problem-solving activities. Collaborate with the academic team for planning, curriculum mapping, and school activities. Attend staff meetings, parent interactions, workshops, and school events. Complete academic documentation and student reports in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Mathematics / Science / Education

(B.Ed preferred). Experience with

CBSE and/or CIE

curricula is an advantage. Strong subject knowledge for Grades 1-8. Good communication and classroom management skills. Ability to prepare worksheets and incorporate digital tools into teaching. Positive attitude, patience, and passion for educating young learners.
