Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional body massages and spa treatments (Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Hot Stone, etc.)
Understand guest preferences and recommend suitable therapies
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all treatment and spa areas
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and comfort during each session
Promote spa services and packages to walk-in clients
Build long-term client relationships through good communication and service quality
